I am a UX Designer at TOPdesk Deutschland GmbH, where I design enterprise self-service and service management solutions that enhance user experience and drive operational efficiency.

I hold a Master's degree in Design from the National Institute of Design (NID), India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU). This multidisciplinary background enables me to approach complex problems with both analytical rigor and human-centered thinking.

Prior to joining TOPdesk, I worked with organizations including Thoughtworks, Wipro Technologies, and Havells India Ltd., contributing to the design and development of enterprise B2B products across diverse industries. My work focuses on aligning user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into effective design solutions.
